Weddings
With both large as well as more intimate rooms available, every detail of your celebration is carefully tailored to the size of your guest list. We will work with you on every detail and our staff will make sure your special day runs as smoothly as possible.
Café Vermilionville is a wonderful place for a wedding reception. We have catered many receptions and you can use the entire facility at for Saturday afternoon and Sunday receptions.
This includes the foyer as a receiving area, the bar, the Cypress and the Garden Rooms, and the Courtyard with the Herb Garden. We can set up an outside bar in the Courtyard and provide for tents and seating.
We do serve dinner on Saturday evening beginning at 5:30 P.M., but arrangements can be made for larger receptions of more than 200 guests to extend into the evening hours. Some Friday evenings are also available for larger receptions during select times of the year.
All serving tables for food and cakes are skirted and covered with white linen. The seating tables are also covered with white linen and a bud vase with fresh flowers on each table. We can assist you with other floral arrangements for service and seating tables.
Buffet food is served on china with stainless flatware and paper cocktail napkins. Butler passed food is also available for certain items. Wines and cocktails are served in the appropriate glassware with up to three bars available for better service. Carving stations are manned by chefs in white uniforms and wait staff professionals are attired in black and white.
